Sprinter “toy hauler” conversions that can carry mountain/road bikes or motorcycles are on many wish lists. Key in this Sprinter conversion design is usually the “garage” out back, a separate bay for the bikes, with aluminum cladding so it’s easy to clean and durable. Mclaren Sports Homes Ltd in the UK has some beautiful examples of these Sprinter conversions which I’ve written about before, but I can’t resist posting some more photos of one of their latest builds.
It’s clean interior layout makes good use of the available interior space in this Sprinter RV, and it has all the amenities, sleek beech cabinetry, TV with built-in DVD player, even a full 4-burner stove with oven – their designs (like the red 170″ Sprinter toy hauler pictured here) meld function and good looks. With the 170″ Sprinter chassis, there’s plenty of room to include a full camper setup with refrigerator, stove/oven, sink & bathroom, and still have plenty of space to store your favorite ride and needed equipment. Their designs also feature some excellent European equipment now available in North America – Seitz windows and skylights, Fiamma awnings, and the great SMEV flush-cover sink/faucet (or stove, stove/sink, etc.) combinations that are now available as Dometic-brand Stateside.
